Non-BInary,
they/them.

A native of Dallas, TX, Angela Faz is an interdisciplinary Latinx artist focusing on issues of social justice. Their artwork explores the intersections of race, class, and gender and often connects the personal and political. Exploring their connection to indigenous, Mexican, and American ancestry, the work explores the varying relationships between popular culture and fine art.

In 2019, they founded an LGBTQ+ person of color printmakers collective focusing on relief and screen printing to create a skill-share consortium resulting in public installations in the Dallas-Ft.Worth area. Faz also partners with social movement groups in Dallas to create art that’s visionary and inspirational to facilitate dialogue and transformation.
