Artist Statement:
Our relationship to structures -within, without, against- shapes our lives. As you view the piece, the contrast of these rigid lines alters the perceived image over time. When you look away, the afterimage distorts your perception elsewhere. You may choose not to view at all, but these structures still exist. What is to be done?
