James is a writer, performer, model and former film student based in Denton. He has read his non-fiction essays and poetry at an open mic at Cheers for Queers co-hosted by Spiderweb Salon, at the annual Transgender Day of Remembrance memorial event and at benefit shows for The Vagina Monologues. He’s currently toiling away on a novel about transgender werewolves, horror short stories and more non-fiction pieces focused around his experiences as a Latinx transman.
